Shipping and handling is based on the order total. Standard shipping is by UPS. Please allow two to four weeks for delivery. Delivery cannot be made to Post Office boxes. You will be informed in the event of any undue delay. Order Amount Standard Shipping/Handling Up to $25 $5.50 Rush delivery - orders must be received by 12:00 EST to be shipped the same day, standard shipping plus $10.00 rush fee Two day service - shipping is double the appropriate standard shipping and handling charge, plus $10.00 rush fee. Outside the continental U.S. - shipping is double the appropriate standard shipping and handling charge. Electronic documents - no shipping and handling charge, you will receive a web link and password, via e-mail, within the next two business days. What forms of payment are accepted for my order?
Online orders – credit cards ONLY. EEI accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express Phone or Fax orders – credit cards are accepted for all orders, however, EEI Member Electric Companies may submit a purchase order and pay by company check if authorized by an EEI representative prior to placing order. To request authorization to submit a purchase order, please call 1-202-508-5005. Mail orders – credit cards are accepted for all orders, and you may mail a check with your order form. NO purchase orders accepted on mail in orders. How will I know my order has been processed? You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please be sure to include a correct e-mail address, or you will not receive a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us by e-mail, 1-800-EEI-5453, or 1-301-645-4222. Go to http://www.tasco1.com/EEIStore/tracking. You will need your confirmation number and invoice number or you will need to know the shipping address of the order. What happens if an item is out of stock? You will not be charged for an item until it is in stock.
Items in saleable condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipment date. Videos, computer disks, CDs, and PDF files are not eligible for return or refund. Any items that are shrinkwrapped must be returned unopened. For credit card payments, a credit will be issued to your account as the merchandise is received. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for credit to appear on your account statement. All other refunds will be made by check in the name of the paying party. |
